Little League Double-Goal Coaching Philosophies

Managers are expected to communicate Aiea Little League Philosophies, requirements, and schedules.  All Managers, Coaches/Assistant Coaches, bench/team parent(s) required to pass the Positive Coaching Alliance test (75% required to pass).

(If computer is not available, the division directors will provide a hard copy of the information and administer the test manually.)

Volunteer/Returning Volunteer Forms

Coaches/Assistant Coaches and bench/team parent(s) will have to complete the Volunteer Application submitted with a valid ID or the Returning Volunteer Application if they have already submitted one last season.

Any Volunteer that has not submitted a form must participate under the supervision of an official Manager, coach or team parent.

For Parents: Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct forms are required from the participating parent(s) of the entire team.  It is the responsibility of the Manager/Coach to verify all families understand the conduct requirement.

Managers are required to address any player or fan behavior issues as outlined in the Code of Conduct.  Any issues are to be reported to the division director immediately.
