Registration Form
  • Aiea Little League Registration Form
    • Forms received by the league through the mail by the deadline will be processed into the registration.
    • Late Registration: Registrations postmarked after the registration deadline will be assessed a $20 late registration fee which is to be included with the registration. Registrations that do not have the correct total will not be accepted and will be returned. All late registrations will be put onto a list where players will be placed on a team where space is available following the Little League International guidelines.
    • Include a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate.
    • Parents are responsible for the size of their child(s) jersey.  If unsure, please come to the walk-in registration.  There will be actual jerseys on the table to assist in selecting the correct sizes. 
    • If you would need a receipt for your registration or assurance that your registration is received by the league, please use one of our walk-in registrations.   Registrations put through the mail are NOT processed on a daily basis.  Our league is operated by volunteers. 
    • DO NOT pass off registration and/or payment at the field to coaches. 
    • Refunds: All refund requests are to be made by emailing info@aiealittleleague.org and is subject to board approval and will be assessed a $20 admin fee.
    • Absolutely NO refunds will be made from the day of the draft (starting at 0000 hours).
    • Returned Checks. There will be a $20 remittance fee for any check/payment that is returned to the league that is dishonored for any reason.  The original registration fee will be due immediately once the season has started,  (Note: Most times, checks may not be cashed until the start of the season. However, the league will deposit the checks within the 6 months timeframe given by the bank. If you need your payment processed immediately, use the walk-in registration and pay in cash.)

  •  Uniform Order Form (fillable pdf)  This form is to be filled out COMPLETELY by the manager/coach of each team immediately following the draft and emailed to the league contact on the form no later five days following the draft.  All players on the team roster NEEDS to be on the form to be processed.  Any information left blank on the form will be determined by the vendor in order to process our leagues order in a timely manner.
